The service
Echo provides conversion optimization software: site scanning, experiment tooling, analytics and AI-assisted suggestions. Nothing is changed on your site until you approve and launch it.
Your responsibilities
You're responsible for the content of the variants you launch, including any claims about pricing, delivery or returns, and for having the right to install the script on the sites you connect.
Acceptable use
Don't use Echo to deceive visitors, collect personal data without consent, scan sites you don't have permission to test, or interfere with the service.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance and priced on monthly sessions. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period.
Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided as is. If the script can't reach Echo, your original pages are shown.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim.
Changes
We'll notify you of material changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance.
